Overview

The Account Manager at OXYGEN Group APAC plays a key supporting role in managing client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing, branding, and communication campaigns. This role bridges strategic planning and operational excellence, working closely with clients and internal teams to turn ideas into impactful executions.

Under the supervision of the Client Strategy & Relationship Manager, the Account Manager ensures campaign deliverables meet expectations, timelines, and strategic direction, while nurturing professional and proactive client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Communication

  • Act as day-to-day liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong, responsive, and professional client communication.
  • Ensure all client requirements, feedback, and briefs are clearly captured, documented, and actioned.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and updates.

Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for campaign deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support campaign rollouts across all marketing channels including digital, social media, ATL, events, and PR.
  • Handle meeting notes, status trackers, and internal workflow documentation.

Creative & Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure client briefs are executed accurately.
  • Participate in creative briefings and reviews, ensuring deliverables are aligned with the approved strategy.
  • Monitor the consistency of creative output with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track the performance of active campaigns.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing performance data.
  • Contribute to reporting insights for client presentations and reviews.

Team Collaboration & Internal Communication

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to maintain alignment across projects.
  • Proactively update the Client Strategy & Relationship Manager on client sentiment, project risks, or opportunities.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that supports open communication and efficient execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in account coordination or project management roles within marketing, branding, or advertising agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, creative processes, and campaign workflows.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, GSuite).

Success Metrics & KPIs

Client Relationship & Communication Excellence

  • Timely response to client communications (within 24 hours).
  • Accuracy and clarity in briefing and follow-ups.
  • Positive feedback in internal and client review sessions.

2. Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • 95%+ on-time delivery of campaign deliverables.
  • Effective coordination of tasks and adherence to internal workback schedules.
  • Limited escalations due to missed deadlines or quality issues.

3. Collaboration & Proactivity

  • Demonstrated initiative in improving workflow or problem-solving.
  • High internal collaboration score (via peer/manager 360 review).
  • Active contribution to campaign discussions and creative development.

4. Growth Contribution

  • Support in successful upselling opportunities (campaign extensions or add-ons).
  • Timely preparation of materials that support new business and pitch processes.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in performance tracking and reporting.
