Overview

The Creative Content Creator & Strategist at OXYGEN Group APAC is a hybrid role that bridges creativity and strategy to craft compelling, purpose-driven content across digital platforms and integrated campaigns. This role is responsible for developing campaign-aligned content strategies and creating impactful multimedia content — including scripts, copy, video storylines, and social-first formats — that resonate with diverse audiences.

As a key contributor to the creative team, this position plays a critical role in bringing brand narratives to life with originality, insight, and engagement. Ideal for content professionals with a flair for storytelling, strong digital instincts, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop content strategies based on campaign objectives, audience insights, and platform trends.
  • Define tone of voice, content pillars, storytelling direction, and platform-specific adaptations.
  • Create content calendars for digital platforms, integrated campaigns, and brand narratives.
  • Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to align content to broader brand and communication goals.

Creative Content Development

  • Write and conceptualize social media posts, video scripts, brand storytelling, influencer ideas, and campaign content.
  • Develop short- and long-form content (caption, headline, dialogue, storyboards, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Video Editors to visualize and produce final assets.
  • Participate in content brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Digital Platform & Trend Adaptation

  • Tailor content to fit digital ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Stay updated on platform trends, content formats, creator culture, and engagement best practices.
  • Propose content innovation that maximizes visibility and shareability.

Client & Campaign Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Creative Directors to interpret briefs and present content concepts.
  • Support in the preparation and presentation of content decks and proposals.
  • Respond constructively to feedback and continuously refine content direction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content strategy (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of digital content, campaigns, and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and ideation skills across short-form and visual-led content.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and contribute to strategy discussions.
