Overview

The Digital Marketing Officer at OXYGEN Group APAC is a junior-level position designed to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Working under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, this role assists in managing campaign assets, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external teams.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist in launching and monitoring digital campaigns (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Coordinate with creative teams to gather and organize digital materials for posting and ad setup.
  • Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time.
  • Support in optimizing campaign performance through continuous analysis and recommendations.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign metrics daily and report on performance to the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Collect and format data from multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) for internal and client reports.
  • Support in compiling post-campaign review decks and identifying basic trends.

Social Media Management & Content Development

  • Assist in scheduling and publishing digital content across platforms using Meta Business Suite and other tools.
  • Help develop and adapt content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor engagement (comments, shares, reactions) and flag any issues.
  • Ensure content accuracy, correct tagging, and alignment with posting calendars and brand tone.

Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Attend internal meetings and document key action items.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and assist with timeline management.
  • Communicate effectively with designers, copywriters, and media buyers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or agency operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with social content development, writing captions, and basic creative production is a plus.
  • Comfortable with data reporting and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
