Overview

The Digital Media Manager at OXYGEN Group APAC is responsible for leading the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of all digital paid media campaigns across platforms. This role oversees digital advertising activities including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic, ensuring all digital spend delivers maximum ROI and impact.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, platform-savvy, and able to collaborate across teams to ensure data-driven digital strategies are aligned with campaign and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for brand and performance campaigns.
  • Select platforms, budget allocation, and targeting tactics based on campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to align messaging and targeting.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Set up and manage digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and apply real-time optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, reach, etc.
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across platforms.
  • Provide regular reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and present results to internal teams and clients.

Budget Management & Efficiency

  • Manage digital media budgets across campaigns and accounts.
  • Ensure proper pacing, delivery, and reallocation to optimize media ROI.
  • Work with finance to track invoicing, billing, and spend reconciliation.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with content, design, and account teams to align media with creative and communication strategy.
  • Stay up to date with new platform features, ad formats, and industry benchmarks.
  • Recommend new tools or platforms for testing and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics, pixel tracking, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with reporting tools and campaign dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

  • Achievement of target KPIs: CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.
  • Platform-specific performance improvement over time
