Overview

The Integrated Media Manager at OXYGEN Group APAC is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing media strategies that span across traditional, digital, and emerging platforms. This role ensures seamless integration between ATL, BTL, and digital media touchpoints while maximizing reach, ROI, and impact for client campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines media planning expertise with strategic thinking, market insight, and strong collaboration across departments to deliver innovative and effective full-funnel media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop integrated media plans based on campaign objectives, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and digital teams to align media direction with brand and communication strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend the right mix of ATL (TV, radio, print, OOH), BTL (activation), and digital channels for each campaign.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Negotiate media rates, placements, and added value with media suppliers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, publishers, and platform reps.
  • Track and manage media buys, campaign schedules, and vendor deliverables.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Oversee campaign performance across all media channels.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, GRP, impressions, cost efficiency, and engagement.
  • Provide optimization recommendations and real-time improvements.

Reporting & Insights

  • Create post-campaign reports combining traditional and digital data.
  • Analyze audience insights, channel performance, and ROI metrics.
  • Present strategic recommendations for future campaigns.

Team & Client Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Present media strategy and plans to clients, clearly linking media rationale to business goals.
  • Provide media education and support to internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7+ years of media planning/buying experience across ATL and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics, planning tools, and platform insights.
  • Experience negotiating with media vendors and managing campaign delivery.
  • Familiarity with both local and regional media landscapes.
